Inkle Talent Acquisition Intern 2026 – Bangalore | ₹25,000/Month
Inkle is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern for its HR team in Bengaluru. This is a four-month, full-time, in-office internship offering a stipend of ₹25,000 per month, with a potential path to a full-time role based on performance.

Review candidate applications and conduct initial screening calls to understand applicants’ skills, motivation, and expectations.

Schedule interviews with hiring managers across different time zones and help ensure candidates receive timely updates.
4. Recruitment pipeline management

Understand hiring requirements, help refine job descriptions, and follow up with managers for interview feedback.
6. Candidate experience and offer support
Act as a primary contact for candidates, communicate updates, support offer rollouts, and coordinate the handoff to the People Operations team for onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Be a recent graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Have a genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- MBA/HR qualifications are preferred, but the listing is open to graduates from other disciplines.

- Organisation: Managing multiple candidates, interviews, and deadlines without losing track of details.
- Communication: Building rapport and communicating clearly with candidates and hiring managers.

Internship Stipend and Full-Time Opportunity

Inkle also mentions a potential transition to a full-time role based on performance. However, a full-time conversion is not guaranteed, and the listing does not specify the salary or conversion criteria.
